My name is Melissa and I am a procrastinator! When I know I need to be doing one specific thing, especially if I have a deadline, I usually clean the house really well, or find some other monotonous or menial task that just has to be done right then. I should be working on all kinds of new pieces for my website, etsy and upcoming shows. I have mounds of wire and new beads just sitting there...calling to me... I have Ice Resin that I have not tried out. I have pieces of sheet metal that I have not attempted to cut. I don't know why. I am in a strange sort of funk...hopefully tomorrow's class will help pull me out!
What have I been doing instead? Changing the look of my website...again :) It is not finished, but I opened up the template and started messing with the html...big risk, I know, but once I started, I wanted to keep playing around with it. Here is what it looks like currently...
I have to change out the old pink curlique headers...they use the old font and I am tired of pink! I like the green...I have discovered that I can change the background whenever I want for a new feel, just like here on my blog. I also created a new website button for this blog (over on the right sidebar), and a blog button for the website.
Looking at it here, though...hmmm..I don't think the white lettering works. My next step is to redo both my banner here and my title/logo on the website....or maybe I'll procrastinate again and make some jewelry instead :)
