Bright blue sky, big fluffy white clouds, smell of impending seasonal change, time spent with family!
The weekend was spent working around the house doing a bit of cleaning, in the yard beginning the fall plant/weed clean-up; taking a drive north see what we could see, singing at church for me, backyard frisbee golf, Mad Men, and a bunch of jewelry making!

On our drive we stopped off at
The National Shrine Grotto of Lourdes in Emmitsburg, MD. We like to walk the paths there...it it so peaceful. We always stop and take a little drink from the spring :)

| Everything was still so green and lush there...the woodsy smell was so relaxing! |

| The Grotto spring ...like Lourdes, many pilgrims come here to take a drink as the blessed water is said to have healing powers. |
